It was neither the weather nor the taxes that brought the three founders of EIS to Sweden, plain and simple, it was the women. The three founders have extensive experience in both web design and entrepreneurialism. We have designed this site to try to provide assistance to similar people who are finding it difficult to find jobs in Sweden without being fluent in the language. The site is run on the premise of altruism not profit (perhaps we’ve been in Sweden too long). Whatever money is made from the site goes into further development and marketing of the site to recruiting companies, hiring managers and to the press. And the only goal is to help as many people as possible, as the founders all went through the difficult process at least once...
It should be said that ExpatsInSweden.com is not a recruiting company but instead an internet venue for job seekers and companies to meet. Please do not send us your resumes, instead log in and upload your resume/CV into your account so that hiring managers can see it. We do have extensive contacts in many industries and do try to help introduce people into our networks whenever possible/appropriate. We are continuously and actively marketing our site to companies and hope to have many involved and posting jobs.
